DELIVERY POLICY

UK Standard Delivery

From £1.95 -  £5.95

Order by 4 pm Monday to Friday delivered 2-3 working days

 

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email at your specified email address confirming it is on its way. 

As long as your order is placed before 4 pm (Monday to Friday), it should be shipped that day for delivery the following day,  (not including Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays). This is subject to your order passing necessary checks.

 

Any orders received on Bank Holiday or over the Weekend will be despatched on the following working day, with the timescales mentioned above applying.

As the goods sold by Watchbox Leamington are luxury items, we have a strict fraud checking process in place. Please be aware that Watchbox Leamington can only offer the timescales mentioned above if your order is easily validated (i.e. if your order is going to the registered billing address you have supplied, or if your shipping address is a known Company). Nearly all of the time, this is a quick and straightforward process. If for any reason, there is a delay in this process (i.e. the billing address given cannot be verified, or the shipping address being in a different country to the supplied billing address) then we will notify you of this by email, and let you know what the next steps are.

On the rare occasion that there is a delay, Watchbox Leamington will contact you by phone or email to notify you of this.

 

International Delivery

Please note that the delivery estimates we give do not apply to International deliveries.

International shipping is calculated during the checkout process. On the final checkout page, the delivery estimate is given, which is usually between 2 – 10 working days.  We use Royal Mail International Sign For on all  orders

Posting Methods

All our orders a send out using our standard delivery service, which is Royal Mail Tracked 48. This is usually delivered next day, however, in rare cases it can take 2-3 days.

 

 

Missed Delivery

If the delivery attempt is made when you are not at home to receive it, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify you of this. From this, you will be able to contact them to arrange redelivery when convenient or collect it from the delivery company’s depot. 

 

If for any reason the parcel is returned to us undelivered (for instance, if the address was given incorrectly, or redelivery was not arranged), then Watchbox Leamington will let you know by email as soon as the parcel is returned to us. You will be given the option of having the item re-despatched to you, or refunded. If the item was not delivered through the fault of the consumer, and then a refund requested, Watchbox Leamington reserve the right to deduct our outward shipping cost from the refund total.

 

Delivery to a business address

Watchbox Leamington allow you to choose an alternative delivery address to the billing address, including work/business addresses. If you choose to receive your parcel at work, please make sure that someone will be available during normal working hours to receive/sign for the parcel i.e. a receptionist/nominated person who can sign for the delivery on your behalf, as Royal Mail will only deliver to the address itself and not the named person directly.

 

Personalised Gifts 

All personalised gifts will be drop shipped directly to you from the company personalising your item please note some company can take up to 20 working days to produce and personalise your item. as soon as we have confirmed your order has been dispatched Watchbox Leamington will email to let you know your item is on its way.

 

RETURNS

We are certain that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the event that you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

 

Personalised Goods

Any goods that have been personalised or customised especially for your order cannot be returned once ordered. If the products returned are done so due to damages in transit/ faulty goods/ an error on our part then we will refund the cost you incurred in returning the goods

 

UNWANTED GOODS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or even if you just changed your mind, don't worry! We offer you a 31 days return period in which you can send us back the product(s) you have purchased. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us unless the product shipment was in error on our part.

Please contact us by email, to inform us of your wish to return the product(s). We shall refund the full payment to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the date of return of the product(s).Once you have made Us aware of your right to cancel, goods must be returned to Us within 14 days.

Please note - Earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty, due to hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to return to you any product(s) that are shipped back to us without prior notice.

If any adjustments, for example, bracelet resizing, are made to personalise your product(s) you may NOT return the item unsuitable. This is because a bespoke item has now been created by or for you and the item can no longer be sold as new. If the item is faulty and adjustments have been made, each case will be looked at individually before an offer of refund or exchange is made.

Please note - Goods must be back with us within 31 days from the date of dispatch. Items received after 31 days will not be accepted.

INCORRECT/FAULTY GOODS

We do thoroughly inspect products for defects before they are dispatched, however, occasionally they can get damaged during transit. Upon delivery please inspect the product(s) and notify us promptly of any dissatisfaction with your order. If you receive an item from us which is incorrect or faulty, please contact us by email to inform us and send back the product within 14 days of the dispatch date of your order with a description of the problem. In the event of you returning the incorrect/faulty product(s) to us, we will also refund to you the cost of the return postage.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

When receiving a refund back onto the credit or debit card you used for the original purchase, please remember that it takes between 3 to 5 working days from the day the refund was given to show up on your statement depending on who you bank with.

 

RETURNS ADDRESS & INSTRUCTIONS

Please be sure to email us first before you send back your product(s). Once we have received notification of your wish to return your product(s), we ask that you send your product(s) back to us pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price using Royal Mail Special delivery (UK residents) or similar service in your own country; we will not be responsible for items that have been lost or damaged during transit.

Please include a brief description of the fault and your order number with your returned product(s), this will help us deal with your problem quickly and efficiently.

When returning a product please ensure you keep your proof of posting until we acknowledge receipt of goods.
